We are hiring a results-driven Senior Manager, Property Consultant to lead high-value client engagements, manage strategic property portfolios, and guide a team of consultants in Dubai’s dynamic real estate market. This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned professional who combines deep market knowledge with a passion for excellence and growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory)
- Proven track record in off-plan and secondary market transactions, especially with premium developments
- Exceptional leadership, client management, and closing skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are a plus)
- Must hold a valid UAE Driving License
- RERA Certification (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small team of property consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and performance support
- Handle high-net-worth individual (HNWI) and investor portfolios with discretion and professionalism
- Source, list, and sell premium residential and investment properties (off-plan, secondary, and ready units)
- Conduct market research, investment analysis, and client presentations
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with developers, institutional investors, and international buyers
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and digital teams to optimize lead conversion and pipeline development
- Oversee compliance, documentation, and due diligence for high-value transactions
- Represent the firm at industry events, launches, and networking opportunities
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: Up to AED 20,000/month (depending on experience)
